Eugenics is a movement eagerly being forwarded by some people, misunderstood or ignored by a very large number, and actively distrusted by a few.
Eugenics is concerned with racial development, and deals with the past in a scientific way ; that is, as hoping to extract from it lessons for the future. It occupies itself with generations yet unborn.
No one has ever contributed to the deepening of that sense in any way comparable to that which was the work of Christ.
